They have an issue with their dispatch area where I believe someone is stealing their products. Heres the issue they don't communicate to the buyer to let them know they have received your order and is processing it or event sending it. 1) Contacted Newfrog via messenger 5 days after the order on 20 May to ask if they received it. 2) They advised it was posted and then I received it 3 days later 28 May. 3) When I received my order I purchased 3 items and they sent 3rd item but it was an EMPTY BOX with NO ORDER. 4) 28 May: I advised New Frog I received an EMPTY BOX. At which I got the we will get back to you. The kept saying so you received the item or not. They couldn't get their head right that they had SENT AN EMPTY BOX. 5) Same day I raised the dispute with PAYPAL 6) which they responded quite quickly we have sent your product please close the dispute. I'm glad i didn't 7) 9 June: Stil no order, It took them 10 days to respond so at that time I escalated the dispute further with PAYPAL. 6) 10 June: The advised they would refund 7) 20 June: NO REFUND: I sent a message that they had not and they said messaged me back with this response: " HELLO LEE, It's break time right now, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!". 8) 2 issues with this company: a) This company needs to learn to honour what they advise. I have a written email stating they would refund and they have not. I have all the messenger responses as a record of history I have the PayPal responses as history. b) The other issue is how you deal with it. This company takes days to respond by days 10 days or more. 9) Heres how this company needs to improve: 1) automated buyer order response advising order received and processing orders 2) advise email when items are sent and how sent. 3) Once a dispute is in request deal with it within 72HOURS I purchase all sorts of products from China regularly. This is the first BAD BAD CHINESE COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY HISTORY OF ONLINE CHINA PURCHASES. THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD SO DO NOT PURCHASE. Since this, I have received 4 items from China from Ali Express and DHGate. NO WHO TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IS A RISK

I have placed an order in December. The tracking by now says it's expired. I have sent emails and facebook messages but they don't respond at al. I live in South Africa and this packet is more than 40$. Imagine the US exchange rate....that is half the price of a car battery here. Wtf

I bought i phone on newfrog 9 month ago. Unfortunately the phone broke after 2 month from a malfunction of the battery. Since then i'm emailing them. They made me pay 40€ more for a check up that said exactly what i told them, 26€ more because they wanted me to send them the phone back. BUT. Since I've send the phone, almost no respond. They act like they never received the phone, but the package tracking said that they have received it since months. They ask me to resend the item. What a joke ! This compagny is a scam. please don't buy from them.

They just ignore you for refunds on broken products so I canceled my membership with them as did everyone in my building of seniors who get me to try the products first as well did my family and friends delete their accounts. That so over 100 people plus all the ones...

They need to be out of business most the products misrepresented as well then they tell you you need extra things to buy for it to work and send the wrong information o
of the ones neede bad bad bad ...ebay way cheaper they fixed their customer service you wait longer for shipping not much longer and the products mostly new and cheaper by a long shot. no more newfrog it croaked for me is the pitts dont bother

Received an email saying my order shipped on December 9, 2018. Have contacted them by email several times trying to track the order with the assigned tracking #.

I was told this is a free shipping service and there was no way to track it. But it has a tracking #. Was asked to wait a couple more weeks to receive my shipment. I told them ot had already been 45+ days and i did not want to wait.

Then was asked to wait a couple more days and they would issue a coupon for my next order. Are you kidding me??? There will not be a next order. Now they are ignoring my emails.

That's ok. I will wait, because I dont see a refund in my near future.

It is a SHAME that some people have to steal from the people who are willing to pay for their products. IF THEY CAN LIVE WITH BEING SCAM ARTISTS AND THEIVES, SO CAN I...

At least, i learned my lesson. JUDGING BY PREVIOUS REVIEWS, THIS IS NOT THEIR FIRST RODEO!!!

Too bad you can't leave 0 stars! These guys suck, period! We ordered a graphics card that was advertised as 4 GB. We got it, installed it into our gaming computer and it is 2 GB!!! We sent an email asking what the return policy is and no response (we actually sent several emails). If you are looking for legit products, spend the extra money and buy from legitimate retailers. We never received a response at all so we are basically out the money! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NEW FROG, IT IS NOT WORTH SAVING A COUPLE BUCKS TO GET A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS BILLING.

This a rip off company and tend to sell defective and low quality products. They will give you the run a round so that you give up on trying to get a replacement for a defective product. Lastly when you requested for a full refund they will want you to return the item back to them when the cost of the shipping is a lot more than it cost to get the items.
