Items were ordered (Order # NF201808****32469**** ) cost $9.29 for my grand daughters Birthday gift on 19 August 2018. Items have never delivered. Customer service is not responding, only delaying refund. Saying all the time to wait..wait.
It does not look nice.

They just ignore you for refunds on broken products so I canceled my membership with them as did everyone in my building of seniors who get me to try the products first as well did my family and friends delete their accounts. That so over 100 people plus all the ones...

Received an email saying my order shipped on December 9, 2018. Have contacted them by email several times trying to track the order with the assigned tracking #.
I was told this is a free shipping service and there was no way to track it. But it has a tracking #. Was asked to wait a couple more weeks to receive my shipment. I told them ot had already been 45+ days and i did not want to wait.
Then was asked to wait a couple more days and they would issue a coupon for my next order. Are you kidding me??? There will not be a next order. Now they are ignoring my emails.
